Present: moridin, kpodesta, bubble, spock,

ITEM: Hardware
CSD have agreed to supply us with a Fibre Switch and
a Rack for NOTHING. This leaves us with about Â£3800
to spare, however Dave Murphy is owed Â£500 as he lost
this when the original suppliers of the switch went
into bankruptcy. Jon has done up a Memo to the SPC to
request that the money allocated to acquiring this
hardware be re-allocated to allow us to buy a storage
solution, possibly an external RAID array or a SCSI
box. Bobb is going to look into what would actually
suit us and get a hardware listing/quotes to us for
inclusion on the memo before the next SPC meeting, in
2 weeks time.

ITEM: Sponsorship

to depose the Evil Coffee Machine (ECM) which currently
resides there.
