	Martin Conroy has the plans for this, courtesy of Jon. The further the room is from an outside wall the more expensive it will be to get air conditioning in. 	DrJolt will order the DLT Backup system from Scan, on his CC, and we should also order a replacement HDD for the one which we used when the last HDD corrupted. 	- Brians' Ball: This is looking like it's not going to be "Brians' Ball" afterallâ€¦ the ppl that turned up for his committee are quite intent on organising it themselves and having Brian as a figurehead type thing. They're thinking about booking the CityWet hotel, as other venues aren't available. John Canavan will try and get on their committee as finance guy, continuing the trend of redbrick involvement which was started last year.		*Brians' Ball:
	~~- Freshers Event: We'll probably go with TBMC again, magluby & tibor are looking into it.~~
	~~- Will possibly run 2 events during the summer, one for webcomp results and another depending on the attendance at the first.~~
