	We've been asked to run an internet workshop for some primary school kids. It'll take place in LG25 from about 13:30 to 14:30 on this Thursday & Friday, all the following week, and the next Monday & Tuesday. 	Jon met with one of the guys from buildings and he says that we shouldn't put machines in the room in the X building. Instead he's going to try and get us a room in the Henry Grattan building. Unfortunately as Jon isn't present we don't have much more details than this at the present. 	We've gotton logons to other netsoc machines and they've been given redbrick logons. Now we need to define a set of usage policies for these accounts. 	Macbain suggested that Committee should not have any say on who has root access to the redbrick systems, especially login machines. As admins are responsible for the security of the system, the admins are the only ones who can authorise root access. This access may not be granted to anyone who has not been in the position of having elected root access while in a committee role.
