Review of minutes from last meeting<br /> Minutes from 2003-02-23 passed.<br /> 2. Agenda for this meeting<br /> 1. SPC stuff<br /> Michael talked about the following:<br /> 1. The c&amp;s awards, 1 ticket per society and 1 ticket per<br /> nominated individual is available at a minimum. Usual<br /> wheeling and dealing can garner more.<br /> 2. SPC AGM is Wednesday next week (24th). Try to get some<br /> RedBrick people (not necessarily committee) on it for<br /> next year.<br /> 3. Should be able to get some money for the table quiz for<br /> sound and decorating.<br /> 2. Table Quiz<br /> We have EUR200 sponsorship from EuroSPAR. Discussed possible<br /> prizes, initially set date for the Tuesday of week 8 or 9.<br /> Seamus to ask Peats for sponsorship.<br /> 3. C&amp;S Awards<br /> Go forward for best soc. Possibly put alt rag ball forward<br /> for best event. Best individual is Dermot. Best fresher will<br /> be art_wolf.<br /> 4. AGM<br /> Discussed potential candidates.<br /> 5. Society Meeting<br /> Dave and Cillian will attend this.<br /> 6. Deathray move<br /> Dermot talked about the schedule for moving services to<br /> deathray. Also, all incoming mail will now be sent to CSD&#039;s<br /> new spam &amp; virus scanning machines before being delivered to<br /> us. Admins are happy enough with this change and CSD are<br /> quite keen on us using this service. They are aware that they<br /> may receive frequent configuration change requests from us as<br /> a consequence.<br /> 3. Any other business<br /> 1. Serial card<br /> Dermot said that no cheap serial card can be found, so will<br /> have to contact Michael and the SPC about getting more money<br /> allocated for it.<br /> 2. Internet Banking<br /> Martin (prolix) asked about this for our society account.<br /> This has already been investigated before, it&#039;s not possible<br /> for any club or society.</div>
