[Fugu] - SCP client, to allow to upload files to Redbrick

[Quicksilver] - For app launching. Like spotlight but better

[Adium] - A free instant messaging application for Mac OS X that can connect to AIM, MSN, Jabber, Yahoo, and more.

[orge.net/ Fink Commander] - A GUI for [Fink] for installing tons of open source applications onto your system quickly and easily.
