Present: Ken, Charlie, Jess, Eoghan, Stephen, Michelle, Stephen, Una, Graham, Dara Excused: Simon, Dave

--EGM Date set for week 2, Tuesday 14th @ 6pm Graham deemed to be eligible already Exam to be set by all 3 helpdesk members

--Tenth Birthday Date moved back to the 16th of March to allow for more preparation time Dara got quotes for various venues, including Guinness Storehouse, which was ¤6000. Jess suggested booked a pub or hall as the venue, and using more money on entertainment. Tasks were assigned to committee members as follows:

Advertising: Ken & Dave Decorations: Michelle & Graham Catoring & Venue: Dara Donations: Stephen (Ryaner) & Simon Cake: Una Entertainment: Jess Tickets: Stephen (Igy) & Charlie Book: Eoghan

Each task is that person or person's responsibilty, to organise any & all help, quotes, etc.

--Techweek Posters for week 1, to be used as teasers Currently have 5 speakers, max is about 8 Wavehunt moved back to saturday 4th Other possible slots could be filled with Debates, possibly contact Colmmacc again Return of the Redbrick Big Brother ruled out due to the SU doing mini brother Possible Fundraisers:

Kick Day - people buy a kick for a euro to use in IRC
Auctioning off members/identities - auction off people or their identities: "Be Dizer for a day"

other fundraisers to be discussed on the list Dara to organise a meeting between societies involved in Techweek for this week (or week 1 at the latest) Dara, Jess, Michelle and Eoghan to attend this meeting on redbrick's behalf

--Refreshers Day 15th feb Decision was made to go with the same approach as last year, balloons, lollies, etc

--Redbrick Trip Jess suggested organising a trip abroad (part funded by Rebrick) Charlie to contact the Drama Chair and Treasurer about how they organised their Broadway one Jess to contact Cypher in Skynet about how THEY organised their Boston one

--Hoodies The issue of hoodies were brought up again Eoghan to reseach cost of ~50 hoodies, with a logo on the front and back, and with text on the arm

--Sponsors Page Una to create a sponsors page which details all sponsors Redbrick have had which are on record

--Website Currently being worked over Website to be ready for "launch" in week 3
