gizmo (real name: Simon, formal title: Chairman Gizmao) is the chairman of Gamessoc.
He is known for his authoritarian style of leadership and has enacted the "One Week Plan" (Games Week) which involves the collectivization of Gamessoc and reorganization of the constitution to convey fascism.
His title, 'Chairman Gizmao', was given to him by coconut at the Gamessoc EGM in early 2007 after the latter's election as Ordinary Member was overruled by the veto of gizmao. He didn't want the job anyway.
