Slight mix up over cake measurements. Old size (20 x 32) would feed 550 - 600 and would cost 600 new measurement is to be roughly 20 x 25 and will hopefully cost no more than 270. Alternative is to approach Boston Bakery

Charlie and Stephen discussed tickets, they are currently considering & costing a "proper" ticket, ala the Socs ball tickets

Voting Rights of Associates

Jess raised issue of whether associates should be able to vote Constitution allows for cmte to decide whether associates can vote or not (and also prohibites associates from running for committee) Simon suggested an "electoral collage" approach to associate voting Charlie suggested allowing associates to vote on committees, but not on constitutional amendments Eoghan to ask Una Redmond about where SPC stands on associate voting rights

AOB

  • Paintballing

if e35 fee per person is for the entire day's paintballing, (with the team consisting of 10 people) then Redbrick will subsidize up to e20 per person
