There were no matters arising from the minutes of the previous meeting.

Meeting to be arranged to discuss the deletion of some of the boards as in the

decisions to be made at the meeting about the boards to be deleted/renamed.

All of the committee are ready to hand over, except Mick and Padraic, who want

to wait until after the Final Year Project to have more time to dedicate to it.

An extra line is to be included in the standing order regarding commercial

websites on redbrick, details to be decided on through committee list.

Much deliberation was made over which events are to be held next year.  Bernard

has outlined that the events he wishes to take place next year are as follows:  

   10 Year Event

There are no plans to hold an Alt Rag Ball next year.

Bernard who can use this as a way to gauge people's feelings about events.

The 10 year anniversary will not be a formal event, however the event may be
