0.1 Redbrick Room - Nikki talked to Richie Kelly. - We need work invoices and room occupation can go ahead. - we need to get talking to contractor. - Eoin expressed pessimism about the room (it sounds too good to be true). - Cillian says we don't need a UPS; this should save us money. - Nikki and Cillian to meet Richie Kelly tomorrow. - SPC has money earmarked. - We need to get sponsorhsip. Eoin said his father could look into it. Cillian suggested APC. - Elaine says that companies are making accounts soon so sponsorship should be sought.

0.2 Tristo's Racist Post - We'll write a subtle mail to Tristo about this and don't make a huge issue of it. - Tell singer that the matter has been dealt with.

0.3 EGM Part 3 - Nikki will print out slips. - Proxy voting allowed with valid reason. - Eoin almost has slides done. - Talk to Donal about getting a login for QG15. - Cillian asked is there a point in putting guidelines in the consitution. - Check box (ballot box).

0.4 Ents Ideas - Table quiz will go ahead (second week semester 2). - Kevin Warwick event in Venue? Possibly in Helix? - HEAnet will give us free webstreaming. - Should push the Kevin Warwick event. - Possibly give him a donation? Charge in? - Quiz; David to do questions. Sponsorship? - Make it attractive. - Lots of sponsorship ideas. - DAY TRIP?? - Midweek/weekend? - Where should we go? England? NI? - Flights? Boats? - Alton Towers. Paintballing. Go-karting. - WHAT ACTIVITIES SHOULD WE PUSH? - alt.rag.ball - should we do it? - Eoin thinks there's a lot of event work and hassle for semester 2. - Should we have an event in week 1? - Bands: Jilted/Penfold? - Discussed Delphi/Blessington/Carlingford activity centres.

0.5 Amendments - Backing Dermot and Eoin on amendments. - Rana out of order.

0.6 AOB - Will talk to Cillian about vhosts. - Anything with DCU in it to be passed on. - Should maximum-vhosts issue be an admin policy. - /var/tmp delete files on sight, no need to be automatic. - Batteries; Cillian went to DCC returns to take batteries. - We need to clarify how we'll get rid of them. Get through ReturnBatt anyway. - Nikki will bring at least 1 battery over to see if they can take it. - Remove stuff in skip; Nikki and David have done this a bit already. - Grainne asked Cillian about renewing stimpy's account. - redbrick.pun.
