Bots have become popular on Redbrick's IRC channels. These include stopgap, googlebot and mincebot, among a number of others.
Googlebot
One of the favourites of googlebot (run by User:Igy)is the !grouphug command, returning quotes from the www.grouphug.us website.
Mincebot
An old classic, mincebot is run by User:DoC, with lots of different command and responses, including the classic "Bebo is for spaholes.".
