While many users realised that Redbrick could be used for stalking, and the collection of useful information, it was only with the arrival of Shadow that the true art of Redbrick-spying was created. Shadow has produced many works of coding art, using nothing but monolithic programs with single-character variable names. "~shadow/map" is his most widely used, and best known, production to date. The infamous "shadowmap2" was only briefly demoed, and was considered even by Shadow to be an astonishing over-kill in terms of presentation. Other works include a wide variety of logs, and several ASCII-art programs.
