Awards

Tina & Aisling to present the awards on the night (& MC?) Eoghan to sort out mics for the New Bar Trophies purchased for the various categories, including best acceptance speech & a special one for Una (keloe) to show appreciation for the work she's done.

Tina to collect trophies and source decorations tomorrow morning Michelle, John & Mark to go and purchase food for the the reception (@ around 2) Michelle to do up voting slips Mark to aid Tina with set up over in New Bar while AGM is ongoing. Michelle to ask

AGM

Eoghan to bring laptop and card reader for logging External vote counters sourced (Dimples, emperor, skyhawk & dizer) Charlene to bring a bank signatory form to the AGM All committee members (bar Tina and Mark) to be at Q121 by 6:30pm

Judging

Much discussion occured about the candidates, a preliminary runthrough eliminated many in all categories bar most helpful. Much debate over whether to give certificates to select candidates to recognise their contribution in that category. Much discussion over whether keloe was eligible for most helpful, as she was on cmte for most of the year, and the fact she's already being given an award.

Secret ballot required to choose most helpful category, suggestion by Tina to have this category as a voted by the public category in future.

Most Improved: Gizmo (Simon) - discussion here, helpdesk interest pushed it to Simon
Most helpful: Dizer
