Minutes for RedBrick committee meeting 24/03/2003

Present: Nikki Kenny, Shane Tallon, David Johnston, Declan O'Neill, Cillian Sharkey, Dermot Duffy, Elaine Bannon, Eoin Campbell, Declan McMullen, Grainne Sheerin, Mark Dunne

Not Present: Trevor Johnston

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and ratified.

Events

• Elaine has booked Jon "Maddog" Hall.
• Looking at The Venue for 10am Monday 31st.
• Valen had suggested RedBrick funding a pizza night with Jon Hall,

but we're not very interested because we would definitely make a loss.

AGM

• Room is hard to find, may consider moving the date.
• Looking at The Turk's Head for afterwards; not definite but most likely

place.

• Nikki needs a helpdesk and treasurer's report.
• Discussed everyone being familiar with AGM procedures.
• Must publicise although we shouldn't have difficuty attracting a crowd.

RedBrick Room

Meetin Richie Kelly on Thursday outside the bookshop.

Intersocs Admin Weekend

• Met Skynet, Minds and UCD.
• Weekend of April 26th.

AOB

• Validis Disuserment
  • Eoin asked about validis getting temporary reuserment.
  • We'll provide a tarball of his account but no access.

• Photoshop Tutorials
  • Kevin (p) wants to run Photoshop tutorials, need to sort him outwith a projector.

• Comedian
  • Elaine looking at getting another comedian in, but doubts expressed. This will be discussed on the list.
