Previous Minutes and Agenda

• Approved.

Limerick Trip

• No-one went.
• Cian and Andrew signed up, but Cian didn’t want to go with Andrew.

RAG Week hard drive smashing

• Didn’t happen in the end, probably for the best.

Reports

• Some stuff still doesn’t work, including the blog.
• Wiki actually does works.
• Helpdesk is epic, bar coconut, apparently.
• Andrew did stuff.

Tech Week

• Overall it was pretty good.
• Mornings are not good for events.
• Rooms need to be booked well in advance, especially c107
• Installfest good. Web design good.
• Less events, more focused, better attendance all around this year.

Events this week

• Organise cinema trip if we have time.
• Thursday the best day, dano to organise and email.

Helpdesk

• Linux Installfest part 2. Seminar room if possible.
• Pizza too, perhaps.
• Spend lots of money on refreshments \o/.

Awards

• Most improved, Best Event, First 5 - Andrew.

Status of Tech stuff

• Webserver problems!
• Vhost stuff and get it back online
• Database errors on committee wiki. WAIT no it’s working.

Treasurer

• Absent from last... 6 or so meetings.
• Dismissed :(
• New Treasurer? Not much point this late in the year.

• Meeting over, yay.
