Present:

Eoghan ( atlas ), Michelle ( drusilla ), Una ( keloe ), Bernard ( dregin ), Elaine Bannon ( purdy, SPC rep. [not purdy spc rep] )

T-Shirts:

Designs for the tshirts were discussed. Eoghan will get quotes for printing the shirts from a number of places. ( Something else about this was mentioned, but notes are totally illegible. If it was important, I'm sure someone will remember. --Eoghan )

Orientation Week:

Orientation week is from 19th - 23rd of September. Committee Members are being "shared" with other societies. Decided to only set up a stand on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, due to campus mortality. A rota will be drawn up, and volunteers will be called on

Keyrings:

200 Keyrings were bought in USA at approximately 60c each. Decided to sell them on clubs and socs days. 2 euro on their own, or 1 euro when bought with membership/renewal.

Clubs and Socs Days:

We must, apparently, have helium balloons. Petition SPC to be allowed have a table downstairs. Draw up a schedule for who does what, and when. Spiels about everyone must be written for booklets. Contact Sarah Farrell about putting a leaflet in the Fresher Packs

Freshers Thing: ( Note - I can only assume i meant "Ball" here. --Eoghan )

The original Band cancelled. Eamonn Dorans wants 100 euro. We will get the downstairs area until 10:30, and the dungeon after that until 2:30. Jess will enquire about food. Band will play until 11:30, then house DJ will take over.

Grant App:

The Grant App was discussed. Fruitlessly. A draft will be drawn up by the end of week 1. Hopefully.

Any Other Business:

Elaine Bannon informed the committee that Redbrick have not fucked up, and that the SPC love us. Hooray for Redbrick.
