1. Finances

       £370 in a/c
       We owe UCD £200 from Break For The Border

       Sponsorship - from recruitment agencies

       We will get money from an Intersocs event in March.
       Pub Quiz.

       Funnel (Alternative Rag Ball) fees
               £150 per band
               £200 dj
               £400 venue
       paid for by Students Union.

2. EGM Will take place 4th March

3. Grant Forms

       350mhz pentium chips do not exist, contrary to Paddy Grants beliefs :)
       
       SPC needs quotes from two companies for
               2 HD's
               2 Processors
               1 Motherboard

4. Posters will go up tomorrow for event, along with mass mail.

5. Rag Week - Kidnap Dave Flynns prized stuffed toy and ransom for

               charity.

6. There should be a posting made to the newsgroups after every

       committee meeting, detailing policy changes, news, etc.

7. Need to start recruiting ppl interested in committee work.

8. People who mass hey should be punished by being forced to use

       an "adventure" shell of some sort.

9. Helpdesk will organise a clubs and socs tutorial soon.
