   1. Review of minutes from last meeting
      Last minutes from 2003-08-13 passed.
   2. Agenda for this meeting
        1. Adam's complaint
           Eoin will talk to Adam.
        2. EGM (Treasurer & Admin)
           Provisionally set for October 15th 5pm (before Freshers'
           Event). To post/mail announcement asap.
        3. Treasurer replacement
           Dave will stand in. Gráinne will help out with 'grooming' of
           new candidate. Cease redirection of treasurer email to
           Gráinne.
        4. Orientation Week
           Fresher talk on @ 10am tomorrow (Sep 24th, Thursday).
        5. C&S day
              o Ask CSD again for use of magnetic reader.
              o Ask SPC where we will be.
              o Proposed an all-in-one simplified form, but make sure
                they don't get distributed outside of the stand area (so
                that people must come to the stand to hand in form).
              o Tickets to freshers' event to be given out.
        6. Freshers Event
           7.30pm doors open Wednesday, Oct 15th, TBMC. EUR5 at door if
           no ticket (EUR4 for account, EUR1 for TBMC).
