Minutes

   1. Review of minutes from last meeting
      Minutes from 2004-02-16 passed.
   2. Agenda for this meeting
        1. Alt rag ball followup
           Discussed finances. About EUR4-500 raised. Expenses to be
           applied for all event receipts.
        2. Talk
           Event is now an intersocs event. Mostly UL people expected to
           arrive. Gifts to be arranged for speakers. Schedule for
           Wednesday 25th:
              o 2-3 Talk by CiarÃ¡n
              o 3-4 Talk by Colmmacc
              o 4-5 Talk by Emperor; tour of RedBrick server room for
                guests
              o 5-6 Session in labs for guests
              o 6-7 Get food, go to pub in town
           CA lab to be booked and guest account re-enabled.
        3. NUIG talks
           Intersocs event in NUIG will be on March 12th Friday. Discuss
           more nearer the time.
        4. SU business
           So far this year, we have provided the SU free services (web
           hosting, etc.), so some benefits should be sought as in
           previous years. Decided not to request ticket allocations for
           SU/DCU events for RedBrick members as it is invariably more
           hassle and trouble than it's worth. Dave to talk to myk in
           advance.

        1. user bartleby
           Declan sought confirmation that web service for user bartleby
           is to remain disabled (as shell access has been re-enabled).
