RedBrick Committee Meeting Minutes 24-10-2005

Matters Arising

Grant App:

• Workshops - we were given 380 euro for our 19 workshops
• Halloween Ball - we were given 165 euro out of the 205 we asked for
• Christmas Ball - we were given 245 euro
• Tech Week - we were given 970 euro in total for tech week
• 10th Birthday - we were given 925 euro for our 10th birthday
• We weren't given anything for admin equipment

Halloween Ball

We're having 2 bands and a DJ Flyers are to be handed out tomorrow(25-10-2005) Charlie has a bun in the oven Decided to a have small prizes for the best and worst dressed at the event

Refreshments for tutorials

One of helpdesk is to organise refreshments for each tutorial, to be decided amongst themselves
