Inevitable Admin Fuckups: Difference between revisions

This is when the fun begins. With root access, comes the inevitability of messing something up. And all admins mess something up in their careers. There is no exception to this rule. Examples include *cue cries of "Booooring..."* running 'killall' as root (popular one, this), and changing one of the server's hostnames by mistake, from "mother" to "-s" : ) Of course, it takes some [[admins]] longer then others to mess up, but it happens to everyone : )
