• Home moves this Sunday, some downtime. Minerva logins will be allowed soon.

Freshers Ball

Dips and Chips needed. Kat plus Receive to do shopping. Receive + Dano to do postering/promotion.

Ashley

SPC have decided that Ashley is not elligible to be on committee. Ashley to appeal.

For the moment, Receive and Johan will managed treasurer duties.

Website

Looks good in Firefox and IE. Going online at the weekend hopefully.

Bank of Ireland to be removed.

Clubs and Socs Day

128 members so far, 57 newbies. Announce mail Thursday/Friday.

Renewal mails, then 2 weeks later another. 1st November to be cut off point this year.

More flyers needed. Currently we are bigger than Drama \o/

100 booklets left.

Talk with Charlie Daly's class was good, he has the ISO of the disc. People are still looking for CDs.

Ubuntu User Group

Do we want to be recognised as a Ubuntu user group? Could mean free stuff!

More info needed, to be discussed next week, Diarmuid to look into it.

Ashley to mail out the draft. Christmas party to be included with Games + Drama.

Web boards

Suggested that they be open to non-Redbrick members. Not a good idea. Intersocs web boards to be reconnected instead if possible.

Boards are stable enough to be considered beta. Other web services on the way.
