Putting Robby into Q2 doesn't fit with the rest of the committee of that year

Putting him in Q3 doesn't fit with what actually happened, though. I guess there is a point to be made about the other positions that time, in that many of them were handed over in April, not just chair. Perhaps the most accurate solution is to move them all up one quarter?
