Ceilingcat was funded by the SPC in 2007. Prior to it's arrival the room had a 21" CRT taking up most of the desk, and various old desktop machines, none of which seemed to actually work.

To solve this werdz, lil_cain & receive picked pretty much the cheapest parts they could find, along with the cheapest 22" LCD screen they could find.
